Alce.ca allows you to order a variety of Indian dishes, from the most traditional to the most contemporary. Start your meal with a samosa, this thin fried dough filled with delicious vegetables. This makes for a nice introduction to the very popular butter chicken. Chicken cubes are marinated and cooked with cream in the tandoor oven and garnished with almonds. These same chicken cubes can also be served with yogurt, coconut, fresh cream and raisins in a dish called chicken korma. Both options are sweet and bursting with flavor! Do not forget to add soft naan bread and a generous portion of chana masala (chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, Indian spices) to complete this tasty culinary tour!
