Alce.ca brings home to you the culinary extravaganza that is Yuan Vegetarian Restaurant. Buddha's Delight is a delicate blend of sautéed vegetables, mushrooms, tofu and rice. Very popular at lunch or dinner, the Vege-Duck with homemade sauce, served on rice and peas, is a great dish that will sustain all palates, especially when accompanied by a deliciously crunchy side of sesame fried shiitake mushrooms. For a variety of tasty morsels, the 16-piece sushi combo (kamikaze, California, avocado and nigiri) is a sure value. If you still want meat, then the Dragon Bowl is for you.
