If you like chicken, you'll love the butter chicken, marinated and slowly cooked in sauce with cream, and the chicken tandoori, cooked in an authentic tandoor oven and served with basmati rice and salad. You are the type that bite into life and food without restraint? Try the curry chicken madras, a mixture of meat, tomatoes, peppers and hot spices, all prepared according to the Madras tradition, named for its region of origin. To thrill your taste buds, have the lamb korma, simmered in a yogurt sauce with almonds and raisins. And do not forget the tempting portion of Sag aloo bhaji, a tasty mixture of potatoes and fresh spinach!

TANDOORI & SHRIMP DISHES  

A tandoor is a cylindrical clay oven fired by hardwood charcoal, which heats the side also, thus enabling Indian bread to be cooked on the inside walls and skewered meats to be barbecued at the same time by Maison's experienced tandoori chef. All tandoori dishes are marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture for twenty-four hours.
