Indian cuisine has become one Montreal's best-loved and most firmly established dinner options over the last few years. We love the blend of sweet aromas and savory scents often coming from the same dish. The Etoile des Indes offers a variety of dishes, some traditional, some contemporary, all of them delivered by alce.ca, right on time to satisfy both your hunger and your guests! Chicken is ubiquitous in Indian food. It is prepared and cooked in many ways. Fine palates the world over have caught on to this and are enjoying the popular butter chicken, marinated and cooked in a creamy sauce. They can also opt for the tikka, grilled chicken topped with tomatoes, onions and spices that give it a sweet and sour flavor. The tandoori chicken, cooked to perfection in the traditional Indian "tandoor" oven, is served with rice and salad.
