Moroccan cuisine is a Mediterranean cuisine that has undergone a multitude of influences, including Berber, Arab and Jewish. Despite several similarities with the cuisines of other North African countries, Moroccan cuisine has kept its originality and its cultural specificity and authenticity. We love sharing in Morocco, eat in the company of others. It shows in the dishes that are concocted in order to be "presented" on the table, to be served among the guests. This is a cuisine that uses a lot of sweet and salty mixtures. The same dish can be served across the country but it is prepared differently according to the region. We use a lot of honey, cinnamon, raisins, vegetable pasta, we concocts an excellent typical stew called tajine and the meat is often prepared as a « mechoui » for, again, the concept of sharing and eating in group.
