How can I place an order?

1 - First, click "Login".
(If you're not registered, the process takes only a few moments.) You will need to choose the address to which the food must be delivered. You can then view the different participating restaurants and menus available for your address and choose your meal.

2 - Enter your address. You will have access to a variety of restaurants that offer delivery for your address. Then choose your items. Once you complete your order, please identify yourself or create an account by clicking "Login" to confirm the transaction.


What is the delivery time and is it guaranteed?

Delivery time varies depending on restaurants and traffic (between 25 and 40 min in general) and it is not guaranteed.
You can view the status and processing times under the "Order history" option by logging into your account.


Is there a minimum amount to place an order?

Yes: $ 10, before taxes and administrative fees.


Can I change an order or add items to it?

You can remove and replace items that are in your cart as long as the order has not been formally submitted.


Can I order from more than one restaurant at a time?

No: you can order from only one restaurant at a time. However, you can place multiple orders for different restaurants at the same moment and we will arrange your delivery so that everything reaches your door at the same time.

How can I communicate any allergies or special needs for my order to alce.ca?

All important and relevant information on any allergies or intolerance can be shared with us via the "Special instructions" option located in each item’s selection box.


Can I order ahead of time?

Yes: when you choose a restaurant, you can also select a later date and time for delivery.


What payment methods are accepted?

Cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery and Diner's Club / En route. You can choose to either pay online by credit card or at the door with the driver.


I have a discount coupon, a promotional code or a gift certificate. How do i apply it to my order?

You can enter your code in the box provided on the checkout page.


Are there any delivery charges?

There is an administration fee of $ 3.50.


Is my driver’s tip included or should i leave it separately?

No: Tipping is at your discretion and it is greatly appreciated by your driver! For orders over $ 50, we suggest an amount of 10% calculated on the total of your bill (food and drink included). It is possible to prepay the tip when placing your order or directly to the driver upon delivery.


How do I erase, add or modify a delivery address?

In your account, under the "Addresses" option, you can add or erase an address.
You can modify your address on the checkout page just before completing your order.


How do I change my password?

In your account under the "Profile" option.
