The falafel sandwich (chickpea balls, various vegetables, sumac and yogi sauce) or falafel fusion (chickpea balls, various vegetables and tahini sauce) served on pita are offered in a portions of 3 or 5 balls and are a nice way to revisit this classic sandwich.
