The concept behind Vivalia Bistro Express is simple; We offer complete meals perfectly adapted to a fast lifestyle and we cook them with fresh and healthy ingredients. Our Express menu is highly diversified, offering dishes of international influences as well as vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. There is a selection of paninis, wraps, meal salads, hot meals, kombucha, smoothies, coffees and desserts. The Vivalia team is pleased to be able to welcome its guests in its bright bistro with a relaxed atmosphere or, if time is lacking, to offer them the option to take away. Our story: "A dream that animates the chef since his beginnings in the kitchen" Behind Vivalia is the project of a lifetime: chef Jean-Paul Widmer puts all his heart and passion into delivering a thoughtful and responsible kitchen. The idea comes from his dream of offering healthy and accessible alternatives .
